Apartment for 4 people :
- 1 to 6 nights : CHF 260.–/night + tourist tax + cleaning costs
- 1 week : CHF 1700.– + tourist tax + cleaning costs
- 2 weeks : CHF 3200.– + tourist tax + cleaning costs

Room Lavaux for 2 people :
- 1 to 6 nights : CHF 140.–/night + tourist tax + cleaning costs
- 1 week : CHF 900.– + tourist tax + cleaning costs
- 2 weeks : CHF 1700.– + tourist tax + cleaning costs
Room Rochers-de-Naye for 2 people :
- 1 to 6 nights : CHF 120.–/night + tourist tax + cleaning costs
- 1 week : CHF 800.– + tourist tax + cleaning costs
- 2 weeks : CHF 1500.– + tourist tax + cleaning costs
Tourist tax :
- CHF 6.– per night per person
Cleaning costs :
- CHF 100.– for the apartment
- CHF 50.– for one room
Payment terms :
To validate your booking a down payment is required, i.e. 50% of the amount. Any request for a reservation that is not confirmed after 48 hours is cancelled, the deposit must be paid within 7 days from the date of our confirmation.
Prices are all taxes included. Upon receipt of the deposit, you will be sent a good reception email with the details of the reserved service, having contract value.
The balance must be paid no later than the day of your arrival.
Cancellation or change :
Any cancellations and/or changes will have to be confirmed by email (info@maisonperceneige.ch).
For a cancellation that comes more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival, the down payment as a booking guarantee will be refunded (deducted from the transfer fee).
For any stay cancelled less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival, shortened, delayed arrival, reduction in the number of rooms or non-presentation, the deposit paid as a guarantee of booking will not be refunded.
Booking and settlement by bank transfer (or Twint for residents in Switzerland).
