To validate your booking a down payment is required, i.e. 50% of the amount<\/strong>. Any request for a reservation that is not confirmed after 48 hours is cancelled, the deposit must be paid within 7 days from the date of our confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Prices are all taxes included. Upon receipt of the deposit, you will be sent a good reception email with the details of the reserved service, having contract value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The balance must be paid no later than the day of your arrival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cancellation or change :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
Any cancellations and\/or changes will have to be confirmed by email (info@maisonperceneige.ch).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For a cancellation that comes more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival, the down payment as a booking guarantee will be refunded (deducted from the transfer fee).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For any stay cancelled less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival, shortened, delayed arrival, reduction in the number of rooms or non-presentation, the deposit paid as a guarantee of booking will not be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Booking and settlement by bank transfer (or Twint for residents in Switzerland).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
